If your package is lost or seized by customs, we will promptly resend your order at no additional cost. This guarantee reflects our commitment to ensuring you receive the products you’ve purchased, regardless of unforeseen delivery challenges.
Please note that our Delivery Guarantee does not cover orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. In such cases, we recommend contacting both the carrier and our support team for assistance.

- Exclusions: We cannot guarantee delivery when errors occur due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
