Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, qualifying items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Customized or personalized items, however, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Start a Return
1.To begin, please ship your item to:

(Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your package is received.)
2. After shipping your item, simply fill out our Return Merchandise Form with your order details and tracking number received from shipping item to Jersey Castle Fulfillment Center.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3–7 business days after your return is processed for funds to appear in your account.
Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item). In those cases, we will cover the shipping costs or credit them back to you.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we can not guarantee cancellations due to fast processing times. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may:
- Refuse delivery at the time of arrival and the package will be returned to us.
- Complete the return process once you’ve received the order, following the steps above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
