Shipping Methods
We primarily ship through EMS or USPS Standard Shipping. Express Shipping may be available at checkout depending on your location. Please note that certain destinations may not support express delivery.
Processing & Delivery Times
We work hard to get your order out quickly. Delivery to most physical addresses typically occurs within 14–21 business days from the shipping date, often sooner. Please note that during high-demand seasons, holidays, or due to international customs, small delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding as carriers work to deliver your package as fast as possible.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be emailed to you within 7–10 business days after your order date, and often earlier when possible. If you don’t receive tracking within this timeframe, or if you entered your email incorrectly, simply contact us and we’ll resend it manually. You can also check your tracking directly on our website by entering your order number and email.
Customs & Duties
Sports apparel is generally not restricted in most countries. We do not charge taxes or duty fees at checkout, and in most cases, you will not be charged by customs. However, if your country assesses fees, you are responsible for covering them. Such instances are rare, but policies may vary by destination.
